1. Prices are calculated according to the principle of one shipment, one address.
2. Two delivery attempts are included in the basic postage price, each subsequent delivery attempt is charged 50% of
regular delivery prices (with the consent of the sender), or the unsuccessful shipment is returned to the sender's address without
surcharges.
3. Surcharge for deliveries that are 5-15 km from the main route is €2.00 (Luštica, Vladimir, Rijeka Crnojevića, Plužine
etc.), and for deliveries that are 15-30 km from the main route, it is €5.00. Deliveries that are 30 km or more from the main
we deliver routes by agreement.
4. Billing of shipments and disbursement of money is additionally charged €1.00 per order
5. The company VDV EXPRESS doo uses the IATA method for determining the volumetric weight according to the formula (length in cm x height in cm
x width in cm) / 5000, expressed in kilograms, unless the factory weight expressed in kilograms is indicated on the package.
6. Express delivery implies collection and delivery of the shipment within 60 minutes and is valid only for the territory of Podgorica,
the surcharge for the same is €2.00 (ordering these deliveries is from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.)
7. Confirmation of delivery of the shipment is charged an additional €0.20 (SMS, Viber message, WhatsApp)
